Welcome To Rosemont!
Rosemont Baptist Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!
Frequently Asked Questions
What Is Worship At Rosemont Like?
Our Sunday worship service usually lasts between 50 and 60 minutes. The music at Rosemont features a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary praise songs. The sermon is Bible-based and easy to understand. Childcare is provided for babies and preschoolers.
Is There Sunday School?
We offer a variety of great Sunday School classes each Sunday. Whether you're 8 weeks old or 80 years old, there's a class for you! Each class is well-prepared and designed to ensure your walk with Christ is strengthened. Who knows, breakfast may even be provided! No guarantees, however!
Is There Childcare For Young Children?
Rosemont offers childcare for birth through pre-K age children during Sunday School & Worship led by background-checked volunteers. Parents are given a sticker upon check-in with a number that corresponds to your child. This sticker must be presented to pick up children.
What About My Older Kids?
Children K-5th Grade will join the congregation for the start of worship. They will then be led to the children's area for Kingdom Kids. Students 6th-12th Grades remain in worship. The last Sunday of each month is Family Sunday, where children remain in worship for the entire service.
Where Do I Park?
There is a large parking lot behind Rosemont (accessible from Mitchell Avenue). This is Rosemont's main parking lot. Should this lot be full, we also have a parking lot across the street from the front of the church next to the Masonic Lodge (accessible from Rosemont Garden).
Is The Building Secure During Worship?
We take extra efforts to ensure our facility is secure. Once the service or activity starts, our building is accessible only through the main front doors and one of the back doors. A member of our security team monitors those doors and the hallways throughout the duration of the service.
Is There A Dress Code?
Worship services at Rosemont are casual. If you would wear it to work, school, or dinner with friends, it is acceptable. At Rosemont you'll see suits, jeans, and everything in between!
